1 Electric cabinets
EKOcontrol CAB
Basic types:
- Build in or placed on cabinets
- For internal or external installation
- Protection IP 44, IP 55, IP 65, IP 68 or by demand
- All sizes
Application:
- For powering and managing automatic screens, transporters, penstocks
- For powering and managing complete plants (pumping stations, waste water treatment plants, water tanks, compressor stations)
- Depending on type of installed equipment, cabinets can perform only powering and protection, local control or even remote surveillance and management with radio modem, GSM or GPRS modem
2 Standard cabinets
EKOcontrol X-CAB
Along with all types of electric cabinets for automatics and energetic, developed by the project assignment, we construct standard control electric cabinets. They are characterized by the installed equipment supplied by world top notch manufacturers, along with high quality installation, and high adjustability.
a) EKOcontrol C-CAB - Coarse automatic screen local automatics electric cabinet
Application:
- Managing devices of coarse automatic screen (chain or rotation) for waste water treatment
- All devices can be managed in manual or automatic mode
- During manual mode, device start and stop can be performed by desire. In the automatic mode, devices are started and stopped according to measured data, and conduct process of separation, discharge and flushing automatically
- In all options, protection of electro drives and mechanics are included
- Additional option: swivel device management, chain screens management, screw sieve management, transporter for separated waste management and flushing system management
b) EKOcontrol F-CAB - Fine automatic sieve or screen local automatics electric cabinet
Application:
- Managing devices of automatic sieve or screen for waste water treatment
- All devices can be managed in manual or automatic mode
- During manual mode, device start and stop can be performed by desire. In the automatic mode, devices are started and stopped according to measured data, and conduct process of separation, commpression, discharge and flushing automatically
- In all options, protection of electro drives and mechanics are included
- Additional option: screw transporter for separated waste management and/or pressure pump for sieve flushing management
c) EKOcontrol P-CAB - simple waste water pumping station electric cabinet
Application:
- Managing low demanding sewage pumping station facilities with two installed pumps up to 30kW.
- All devices can be managed in manual or automatic mode
- Manual mode enables pump activation "by will". In the automatic mode, pumps are started according to measured data
- Steady drive load is ensured by activating other pump during the first following start, in the automatic mode
- In case of pump malfunctioning, facitility automatically starts the other, upstanding pump
- Depending on selected option, cabinet is equipped with different measurement devices, remote surveillance and facility protection.
- Protection against "dry work", over load and pump breach are included in all options.
3 Programms of automatic control and telemetry
EKOcontrol PRO
Application:
- Programs for automatic control of screens, transporters, penstocks, ...
- Programs for automatic control of complete plants (pumping stations, waste water treatment plants, water-reservoirs, compressor stations...)
- Programs for monitoring and control from remote location
- Programs for local display of processes and their control
Working principle:
- Programs are made according to project task given by the customer or in agreement with the customer a base is made based on which programs are made
- For individual devices from our offer our already proven program solutions are used, and which can be adjusted according to customer's wishes
- Programs are made for all types of equipment of reputable manufacturers (Telemechanique, Siemens, Allen Bradley,...)
4 Measurement and regulation
EKOcontrol MESU
Application:
- Process values measurement (pressure, level, temperature, ...)
- Flow measurement of drinkable and waste water
- Process regulations in relation to measured value (regulation over pressure, level and similar)
- Display of measuring values on panels as required
Working principle:
- Measuring and regulatory equipment is installed and parametering
- For individual devices our already developed solutions, which can be additionally adjusted to customer's wishes) are used
- Reputable manufacturers equipment is used (Telemechanique, Siemens, Endress+Hauser, Vega, Honneywell, Sensus, ...) Flow meters for drinkable and waste waters
