Basic measures:

Application:

• Purpose of this device is to accept content from municipal vehicles that are emptying septic tanks
• Device is multifunctional: separates, transports and drains water form the solid waste in the pressing unit

Working principle:

• Waste from the municipal vehicle enters the closed tank. Waste water flow brings solid waste to the bars on the internal side of the drum.
• Rotating comb lifts up the collected material and throws it into open basin on the lower part of the spiral
• By rotation, spiral transports waste, along the spiral housing, to the pressing zone, where the material is pressed-drained. After that, on the upper part of the spiral, material is discharged through the outlet into the municipal container.
• Clean water is brought, over the electromagnetic valve, to the pressing zone in order to rinse the sludge arising from material pressing. Rinsed sludge is drained through the pipes and led back into the device housing. Using the second electromagnetic valve, over the drum a nozzle is installed in order to wash out the lower parts of device, drum with comb with clean water.
