Application:
- The purpose is to solve various problems on the collectors for sewage and rainfall water drainage.
- Selecting the proper pumping station by types, with the installed equipment and connections, rapid installation and commissioning, with additional savings in the design and construction, is realized.
Working principle:
- The level meters read the water level in polyester shaft and based on it the pumps automatically switch on and off. The pumps are cyclically changing during the work, and in the case of failure of one pump, the other automatically strarts.
- Basis of the pumping station is polyester cylindrical shaft – well (GRP), made of polyester resin reinforced with glass fibers. GRP shaft is fully equipped with all the hydromechanical, electrical equipment and safety ladder, all in accordance with design requirements. Optionally, the covers can be made of stainless steel for installation on the cover reinforced concrete slab, which is not included in the scope of delivery.

Pumping station is normally equipped with two submersible pumps, and can optionally be equipped with only one or three pumps. The pumps are of technical characteristics (Q / H) which meet the project requirements. The pumps are of submersible type, fully equipped with stand for "wet" installation, guides, stainless steel chain for lowering and pulling up the pump, and the accompanying chainholder. Impeller pump is of unclogging type. Standard pump is made with the protection of IP 68, with thermal bimetallic protection in the stator.
- Fittings and armatures
Dimension of pressure pipeline is defined by the capacity of installed pumps. Pressure pipeline is made of the standard cast iron fittings. Branches of pressure pipeline, for each of the pumps, are equipped with the appropriate armatures (bolts and check valves), and the ends of the branches, inside the shaft, are connected to a common pressure pipe.

Pumping station is standardly equipped with safety ladder with safety hoop made of stainless steel, type EKOguard SAFELAD 1.

Pumping stations are designed for hand-service and automatic mode, without the crew. For the working time of pumping station, signal of water level obtained by continuous monitoring or discrete monitoring (floats), is led to automatics built-in in the electrical boxes.
As a part of this pumping station standard polyester electrical box EKOcontrol P-CAB is supplied, for performance of two pumps of total output up to 30kW, which in its basic version contains measuring instruments for display of working hours and electricity of the pumps, switches to select the mode or shutting off the pumps, lights for state signaling, elements for thermo-magnetic motor protection of pumps, device for control of power supply phase and a device for cyclic change of the working and backup pumps. On customer's request, standard polyester electrical box EKOcontrol P-CAB, may include additional equipment (such as special protection of pumps, reactive energy compensation, sound signaling, sms alarm annunciation and continuous measurements of water level), which can be ordered from the catalog "Standard electrical boxes". Also, electrical box of pumping station can be made according to special customer specifications (more than two pumps, way of how the pumps start working, process measurement, protection, display, communication, ...)
2 Standard underground hydrostation

Application:
- It is installed to address various issues in drinking water pipelines, as well as hydrant and fire protection systems.
- By selecting the appropriate standardized hydrostation with integrated equipment and connections, rapid assembly and commissioning are achieved, along with additional savings in design and construction.
Working principle:
- Pressure gauges monitor the water pressure in the pipeline, and based on the set pressure, pumps are switched on or off.
- The foundation of the hydrostation is a cylindrical polyester chamber, typically constructed from fiberglass-reinforced polyester resin. The chamber comes fully equipped with all hydraulic, mechanical, electrical equipment, and safety ladders, all in accordance with project requirements. Optionally, stainless steel covers for installation on the reinforced concrete cover slab are also provided, although the slab itself is not included in the scope of delivery.

Hydrostation is typically equipped with two or more pumping units connected via inlet and outlet manifold branches. The pumps have technical specifications (Q/H) that meet the project requirements..
- Custom pieces and fittings
Dimensions of the inlet and outlet manifold branches are defined by the capacity of the installed pumps. The manifolds are typically constructed from cast iron custom pieces. Each branch of the manifold, for each pump, is equipped with appropriate fittings (valves and check valves), and the ends of the branches are joined within the chamber into common manifolds.
- Safety ladder
Hydrostation is standardly equipped with stainless steel service ladders, specifically safety ladders with a safety cage, type EKOguard SAFELAD1.

Hydrostation is designed for manual-service and automatic operation modes, without personnel on-site. During operation, water pressure signals obtained through continuous monitoring are fed to the automation system integrated into the electrical cabinet. The electrical cabinet, type EKOcontrol CAB, is tailored according to the number of pumps in the hydrostation and other project requirements.

- Optionally, the inlet and outlet manifolds can also be constructed from stainless steel or HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene). Additionally, stainless steel covers for installation on the reinforced concrete cover slab can be provided upon the customer's request along with the hydrostation.
- Upon the customer's request, the control electrical cabinet can be equipped with devices for:
• Soft start and frequency regulation of pumping units,
• GSM communication (SMS messages), communication with the control center (Profibus, Modbus, Ethernet, GPRS, radio modem, etc.),
• Data logging devices (data logger), and more. - Depending on the selected method of communication with the control center, as additional equipment, a SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) program for displaying and monitoring the pump station on a personal computer can be provided.
- Hydrostation can also be supplied with any additional equipment according to the customer's preferences.
