Application:
  • Used in cases when the cover surface is designed to be equal to the floor area on which the cover is installed (when the floor is covered with tiles, stone, granite, marble, laminate), with the purpose to maintain architectural esthetics of the floor.
  • In cases where there are longer channels that have to be covered, covers are installed in a series.
Cover and frame design:
  • Cover is lowered and filled with concrete filling with appropriate reinforcement. On the bottom part of the cover there is a rectangular shaped seal made of foam rubber used to ensure watertightness and gastightness. In the standard installation the cover is tightened at the edges using four hexagon screws, ensuring that seal fits the frame perfectly.
  • In the standard installation, frame is made of EPDM rubber. When additional waste water resistance is required, seal is made of NBR rubber.
  • Due to better contact with concrete, frame has appropriate anchoring wings on it during the installation.
  • Cover is made according to DIN EN 124:1994 standard, „Gully tops and manhole tops for vehicular and pedestrian areas"

Load:
  • These covers are suitable to be installed only in the zone without any bearing capacity, only for covering manholes in sewage systems or drinking water systems. Covers are made of profiled sheet steel, 3 mm thick.
Application:
  • Constructed for installation on: manholes for waste or drinking water, vent chambers, pumping and other plants.
  • When there is a necessity for closing a channel or some other kind of a greater opening, covers are installed in series, one next to another
Cover and frame design:
  • Cover is made of stainless sheet steel, for additional stiffness it is lifted-bended on the diagonals
  • At the frame's edge, between the cover and the frame, profiled seal is installed. Also, between the frame and concrete base, there is a rectangular seal made of foam rubber. Both seals ensure watertightness and gastightness.
  • In the standard installation of the cover the seal is made of EPDM rubber. When additional waste water resistance is required, seal is made of NBR rubber.

Application:
  • Covers are installed in the areas with traffic bearing capacity i.e. when it is exposed to vehicles or pedestrians bearing capacity. Depending on installation location, appropriate cover is installed.
  • When there is a necessity for closing longer or wider channels, covers are installed in series, one next to another
Cover and frame design:
  • Cover frame is installed into concrete, with the cover top level with surrounding surface. On the frame's outer rim, there are anchoring plates used to additionally ensure quality connection between concrete and frame. This part is important because the entire bearing capacity is transferred over the cover and frame to the concrete.
  • On the bottom side of the cover there is a foam rubber seal ensuring watertightness between the cover and the frame. Cover is also equiped with a lock, with the optional special key.
  • In the standard installation, seal is made of EPDM rubber. When additional wastewater resistance is required, seal is made of NBR rubber.
  • Gas springs are installed on the underside of the cover due to the weight of the plate, allowing the cover to be opened with just one hand (optionally without springs as per the customer's request).
  • Cover is made according to DIN EN 124:1994 standard, "Gully tops and manhole tops for vehicular and pedestrian areas"

Application:
  • These covers are used for covering concrete manholes, which are under pressure (for example: in pressure sewage systems)
  • They are designed for installation in: drinking and wastewater manholes, pumping and other plants
Cover and frame design:
  • Cover seal is square profile rubber seal; EMDP or NBR; 60 ShA, ensuring watertightness and gastightness in the cover-frame connection.
  • On the bottom side of the base round frame, there is a flat seal with rectangular profile, used to ensure sealing between round cover frame and concrete base
